TRIAL PLACEMENT CAMPS
NEXTGEN Foundation runs two 45-day professional placement camps each year in Spain:
Only players who are scouted, evaluated, and officially accepted by NEXTGEN can join — and for them, all costs are fully covered (flights, accommodation, meals, training, trials, and media coverage).
Each camp offers daily professional training, showcase matches with scouts, and direct club trials. Players who earn interest move into contract negotiations managed by NEXTGEN; others return home at no cost.
Date: Summer (May 1 – June 15) and Winter (Nov 1 – Dec 15).

NEXTGEN ACADEMY
The NEXTGEN Academy offers a full-time professional development program for players who want to train, live, and compete in Spain, Portugal and England year-round.
Unlike the Foundation’s sponsored placement camps, the Academy is a paid program that covers accommodation, meals, education support, daily training, matches, and full integration into the Spanish football system.
Players receive continuous technical, tactical, and physical development — preparing them for professional trials and NEXTGEN placement opportunities.

NEXTGEN AFRICA ID TALENT INITIATIVE
Identifying 25 of the most talented young players across Africa and creating a direct pathway to professional football in Europe through elite tournaments and club trials.
OBJECTIVE
Provide selected players with direct access to professional football environments in Europe through a structured, performance-based pathway.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This initiative is designed to identify, prepare, and expose high-potential players through a structured international pathway.
Only 25 players will be selected.
SCOUTING
Our scouting team identifies selected players across Africa through academies, tournaments, and trusted partner networks.
NEXTGEN AFRICA TEAM
TOURNAMENTS
Selected players will travel and participate in 3–4 tournaments across Africa, gaining exposure to international scouts and competitive match environments.

- Professional attitude and readiness for international exposure
