What advisors can and cannot do.
Advisors contribute expertise, perspective and introductions within an agreed area. They do not have decision making authority unless separately appointed. Unless appointed in writing to another role, an advisor is not a trustee, employee, football agent or representative authorised to bind NEXTGEN.
No collecting money from players, families or donors
No promises of selection, contracts, visas or sponsorship
No direct contact with minors outside approved safeguarding channels
Conflicts and commercial interests must be disclosed
