- Supports a residential environment for developing players, including accommodation and day to day player support.
- Public reporting has documented FC Gar’ou players moving into international football, including South Sudan, while other public reports connect Gar’ou developed players with opportunities in Albania.

Uses club development and external partnerships to create opportunities for Liberian players to be seen outside their domestic environment.
