- At Notts County, progressed from Lead Phase Coach to Lead Youth Development Coach and first team coaching responsibilities; also managed the reserve team.
- Worked with Jack Grealish during his loan period at Notts County.
- At Nottingham Forest, worked as an Individual Player Development Coach across the Category 1 academy and alongside the academy syllabus and philosophy.

Tanzania, technical leadership & national team development
Moved into federation level technical leadership, national team development and coach education in East African football.
- Served as Technical Director / Head Coach within the Tanzania Football Federation structure, overseeing development from national team environments through academy pathways.
- Worked on football philosophy, recruitment, operations and long term technical development.
- Delivered coach education and development pathways toward accredited coaching qualifications.
- Also served as Kilimanjaro Stars Head Coach during the 2017 CECAFA Cup and has a professional playing background that included Tanzania national team representation.
FIFA Talent Development Scheme, Liberia
Selected by FIFA and assigned to Liberia as a FIFA Talent Coach under the Talent Development Scheme (TDS), working directly in the national youth development environment.
- Works with the Liberia Football Association technical department and youth national team coaches.
- Supports U15 player development and the pathway toward the U17 national team.
- Works with local coaches to strengthen a domestic coaching network and consistent development methodology.
- FIFA documented his coach development work with grassroots coaches at Liberia Football Association headquarters in November 2024.
