Professional playing career

Built his football foundation as a professional defender in France before moving into scouting and sports entrepreneurship.

  • Played for SM Caen in Ligue 1 and CS Sedan Ardennes in Ligue 2 during the 1990s.
  • Represented France at youth international level.
  • Retired from active professional football before moving into player identification and sports business.

Founder, Football Scout Events

Founded Football Scout Events (FSE) in 2010 to create structured access between players and professional recruitment environments.

  • FSE organises scouting events, elite showcases and international immersion camps.
  • FSE describes a network of more than 40 professional club relationships across major European leagues.
  • FSE activity includes development integrations and cooperation with football academy environments such as Real Betis Global Academy.

International scouting & pathway development

Has built a career around exposing players outside traditional academy pipelines to professional decision makers.

  • Designs events where recruitment staff can evaluate players directly.
  • Works across European and African talent markets.
  • Combines football evaluation with mentorship and preparation for the realities of professional recruitment.

NEXTGEN technical contribution

Collaborates with NEXTGEN around scouting, evaluation and international opportunity design.

  • Supports talent identification events and player evaluation within African grassroots pipelines.
  • Contributes European club network knowledge to placement and trial decisions.
  • Supports the concept of fully funded or supported development opportunities for players who would otherwise lack access.
