About Aces Youth Soccer Academy
Founded in Harare in 2001, Aces Youth Soccer Academy is a youth football and education institution for boys and girls. Its model combines structured football development with formal education, mentorship and preparation for life beyond the pitch.
A record of player and youth development
AYSA records more than 500 boys and girls supported through educational opportunities. Its graduates have progressed into football in Zimbabwe, elsewhere in Africa and Europe, while other participants have advanced through academic and professional routes.
Football and education remain connected
AYSA works with schools and families so that sporting ambition does not replace education. Training, academic support and life skills form part of one development environment.

AYSA adds extensive Zimbabwean academy knowledge, local player development experience and a pathway linked to education to the NEXTGEN Football Network.
