About Football Scout Events (FSE)
European scouting and player pathway organisation founded in 2010 by former professional footballer Wally Dieng. FSE works across talent identification, training, professional placement and university routes, supported by a network of more than 40 partner clubs across seven countries.

Player development and pathway
FSE connects developing players with stronger football and education opportunities. Its programmes include scouting showcases, academy routes, European development experiences and university pathways, giving players more than one route forward.

FSE adds an established European scouting and placement layer to the network, while founder Wally Dieng also contributes directly to NEXTGEN through the Advisory Network.
