About La Bista Soccer Academy
Ghanaian grassroots academy focused on identifying, coaching and developing young footballers. La Bista is a youth development setting rather than a senior national league club, giving players a local base to build before moving toward stronger competition.

Player development and pathway
La Bista focuses on early player development through regular coaching and talent identification. It gives young players a local place to build the technical, physical and behavioural base needed before moving into stronger competition.

La Bista gives NEXTGEN an additional Ghanaian grassroots scouting contact for identifying young players early and following their development before a higher level move is appropriate.
