NEXTGEN welcomes Daniel Anomah to its Advisory Network. Based in Accra, Daniel brings practical experience in football scouting, youth development, football administration, player welfare and communication across Ghana’s grassroots football environment.
Grassroots scouting and youth development
Active in football scouting since 2018, Daniel has worked around emerging players, youth programmes and football activities in Ghana. His experience includes observing talent, supporting development opportunities and understanding the practical challenges young players face while progressing.
Player welfare and responsible opportunity
Daniel founded Richbethis Foundation to support footballers facing financial hardship or injury. This welfare perspective aligns with NEXTGEN’s commitment to develop the talent, protect the person and build a responsible pathway.
