NEXTGEN welcomes Robert Attafuah Annafi to its Advisory Network. Based in Obo, Kwahu, Ghana, Robert brings practical experience in youth coaching, football scouting, talent identification and player development.
Experience as a player, coach and scout
Robert’s supplied CV records approximately 15 years in football, including playing environments in Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe. He has since applied that experience to youth coaching and scouting in Ghana, working with young players across technical development, tactical understanding and talent identification.
Learning, welfare and safeguarding
His professional development includes learning in football scouting, talent identification, football medicine, sports performance, child safeguarding and athlete centred coaching. This combination supports a wider view of development in which the player’s wellbeing and education matter alongside football ability.
