A reciprocal model, not ownership
The Give Back relationship is designed so the player and family remain owners of their career and wealth. Football agent fees are separate, and the framework is intended to relate to defined career linked success rather than everything the player or family owns.
Protection is built into the process
- The player receives the full professional agreement before any long term financial obligation is activated.
- The adult player has a review process and access to independent legal advice.
- The structure is designed to avoid unnecessary pressure while the player is still building a career.
- Professional legal, tax, accounting, financial and family planning support can be coordinated as success grows.
Why the detailed contract stays private
The principles and protections are explained here. Exact financial definitions, calculations, time periods, accounting mechanics, legal remedies and player specific terms remain inside the professionally reviewed private agreement.
Separate from transfers and representation
- NEXTGEN does not own a player transfer percentage, player registration or the player’s economic rights.
- Any player agreed transfer participation or reward belongs first to the player under the relevant player and club arrangement.
- A separate Give Back obligation, where it applies, is governed only by the agreement between the player and NEXTGEN and does not create a direct NEXTGEN claim against a club’s transfer receivable.
- Football agent fees, club transfer compensation, training rewards and player employment remain separate legal relationships.
Independent specialists stay independent
NEXTGEN can help coordinate appropriate legal, tax, accounting, financial or family support as a player’s career grows, but NEXTGEN does not automatically become the player’s lawyer, tax adviser, investment manager, custodian or trustee. Those roles require their own professional appointment where needed.
