BRIGHT SOCCER Rwanda leadership
Founded BRIGHT SOCCER Rwanda and has served as its Technical Director since 2020.
- Leads a programme supporting approximately 160 young players.
- Oversees football development activity spanning youth training, U20 development competition and Division 3 participation.
Coaching and player development
Has worked in football coaching and player development since 2012.
- Previously coached Evening Star Women in Rwanda’s Division 1.
- Brings practical experience of identifying talent and preparing players for further academy and football opportunities.
Youth and community focus
Uses football to support discipline, inclusion, education and more realistic opportunities for young people.
- Connects development work with families and the wider football community.
- Supports pathways for players from approximately seven to 23 years old.
