South African youth development organisation founded by Pitso Mosimane. In 2026, PMYF gained Gauteng Development League status, adding elite competition from U13 to U19 alongside community football, school coaching, clinics and coach development.

Gauteng Development League status gives PMYF a direct competitive ladder for high potential players. Players can move from community and school football into one of Gauteng’s strongest structured youth competitions.

PMYF gives NEXTGEN a South African elite youth reference with a direct competitive ladder through the Gauteng Development League, while Pitso Mosimane also contributes to the NEXTGEN Advisory Network.
