Alvin Kpalay Clarke contributes expertise in Football Administrator, Sports Investor, Policy Advisor. Football administrator, sports investor and development advocate working across grassroots football, club management, player development, international pathways, youth advocacy and public policy. He owns FC Gar’ou and holds leadership and advisory roles across football administration, African youth cooperation and public policy in Liberia.
