NEXTGEN welcomes Kamatali Jean Bosco to its Advisory Network. As founder and Technical Director of BRIGHT SOCCER Rwanda, he brings direct experience in youth coaching, player development and community football in Rwanda.
Practical development leadership
Kamatali Jean Bosco has worked in coaching and player development since 2012. He leads a programme supporting approximately 160 young players and connecting structured training with competition, education, discipline and inclusion.
What he brings to NEXTGEN
